Palma Lock is approximately 20 minutes by car from Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana. Head south on Boulevard Turistico del Este toward Vista Cana. A taxi from Hard Rock costs approximately $15-20 USD. The route is straightforward with no complicated turns.

Absolutely. Many guests drop their bags at Palma Lock in the morning, head back to Hard Rock to enjoy the casino, golf course, pools, or beach for the rest of the day, and then pick up their bags on the way to the airport in the evening. Our flat rate of $5 per bag per day covers the entire day.

We accept all luggage types including golf bags, surfboards, dive gear, and oversized suitcases. Each item receives its own security tag and is stored in our monitored, insured facility. There's no extra charge for oversized items — the flat $5/bag/day rate applies to everything.
